We combine evidence-based addiction counseling with innovative wellness tools such as the Theta Chamber, sound therapy, rTMS, and customized affirmations to support whole-person healing.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Addictions Counselor (CAADC or CADC) to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor.
The ideal candidate is passionate about helping individuals on their recovery journey, comfortable working in a virtual telehealth environment, and able to maintain a caseload of 25–30+ clients weekly.
Responsibilities

Provide individual addiction counseling via secure telehealth platform

Conduct substance use assessments, treatment planning, and progress documentation in our EHR

Deliver evidence-based and holistic interventions for substance use and co-occurring disorders

Support relapse prevention, recovery planning, and lifestyle change strategies

Maintain compliance with state, ethical, and confidentiality standards

Participate in virtual case consultations and collaborate with the clinical team
Qualifications

CAADC, CADC, or eligible certification/license in the State of Michigan (required)

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field (preferred)

Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing addiction or dual-diagnosis counseling

Knowledge of evidence-based and trauma-informed recovery models

Strong clinical documentation and telehealth communication skills

Reliable high-speed internet and private workspace
