As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and promoting the well-being of our residents. Your compassionate approach, patience, and understanding—especially toward residents with dementia—are key to helping us create a nurturing community.
Qualifications:
- Valid CNA license in the state of Michigan(Current Licensure Required)
- Excellent communication skills with co-workers, residents, and families
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance with good attendance and punctuality
- Strong patience and understanding toward residents with varying needs
