Where? You will drive to jobs in your own vehicle within Clare, Isabella, and Midland counties. We'll start you part-time, with the expectation of full-time as we fill your schedule. You will drive your own vehicle to commute to the jobs.

What you need to know:
- Schedule: You will start part-time and build towards full-time, you need to be available to work Mon- Fri from 8 am - 530 pm.
- Vehicle: You will drive your own insured vehicle for work (valid license + proof of insurance + good driving record required).
- Pay: Bi-weekly payroll via direct deposit - must have a checking account.
- Background and Driving History Check: Ability to pass each
- Phone: Personal smart phone needed for scheduling & communication.
- Laundry: Access to a washer & dryer for laundering microfibers.
- Hours: Must be available to work Monday - Friday, 8am - 5:30 pm
- Weather: We still clean when it snows :)
Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences professionally and courteously.
- Following company cleaning procedures and checklists to ensure high-quality service.
- Communicating effectively and respectfully with team members and management to coordinate cleaning tasks efficiently.
- Performing thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, sanitizing, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, kitchens, break rooms, and other high-touch areas.
- Emptying trash and properly disposing of waste.
- Handling and maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies properly.
- Restocking supplies as needed and notifying management of low inventory.
- Identifying and reporting any maintenance issues or damages within client homes.
- Adhering to all company policies and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

- Team Lead / Deep Clean Specialist: Leads a small team by organizing tasks, communicating effectively, providing guidance, and making informed decisions. Ensures quality standards are met and manages supplies and equipment to maintain efficiency and excellence.
- Trainer: Responsible for training new hires, developing and refining training materials and methods, and assisting in improving cleaning techniques across the team to ensure consistency and quality.
How it works:
- 3 months: Full schedule, maintaining quality, and earning positive online reviews.
- 6 months: Eligibility for promotion to Team Lead.
- 9 months: Eligibility to Trainer
