Responsible for strengthening the Program Management area by taking ownership within consulting activities; perform continuous improvement of Project Management and develop a state-of-the-art Project Management framework to shape future ways of working; accelerate project setup by aligning stakeholders, ensuring tool readiness, and proactively removing roadblocks; lead workshops and coaching sessions to enable knowledge exchange, strategic alignment, and faster decision-making; improve project performance through budgeting, reporting dashboards, maturity assessments, and adoption of excellence standards, as well by conducting status quo analysis and actively collecting feedback and contributing to drive solutions; act as regional topic owner (NSA) for Engineering Change Management, Material Data Maturity, Accelerated Project Setup, and Project Reporting; support local knowledge management coordination for one or more fields; utilize Agile Methodologies, SAP PDM, SAP PLM, SAP APO, SAP ERP systems, E-BOM (Engineering Bill of Materials), material master data, document repositories, and Salesforce to perform duties; actively contribute to customer projects by providing qualified project management assistance to project managers to overcome peak situations; contribute to project assistant activities by supporting the execution of projects with state-of-the-art-standards; support in decision making and action plan creation processes for low complexity projects; drive work products and activities within own scope; support the identification of cost saving potential with innovative ideas and new methods, improving efficiency inside of continuous improvement programs; and support the development and rollout of change initiatives.
Location: Northville Township, MI and various unanticipated locations throughout the US;
Salary: $100,000 per year;
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree);
Experience: One (1) year in the position above, as a Helpdesk Engineer, as a Program Associate Consultant, as an SAP Consultant, or in a related occupation;
Will accept three (3) years in the position above, as a Helpdesk Engineer, as a Program Associate Consultant, as an SAP Consultant, or in a related occupation in lieu of the primary education and experience requirements.
