Who We're Looking For (Qualifications)
You're a great fit if you are:
A current first year at an accredited college or university
A strong communicator and collaborative thinker
Curious, motivated, and eager to learn
Beginning to explore leadership in any form - clubs, sports, volunteering, or campus engagement
Eligibility Requirements
First year student enrolled in a four year BA/BS program during the 2025-2026 academic year
Majoring in (or exploring!) business or STEM fields
Attending an accredited U.S. college or university
Permanent U.S. work authorization
