Position Overview
Provides clerical support to assigned site in a professional manner. Greets guests and represents agency as first contact person.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Answers telephones calls and takes messages as needed, route calls to appropriate personnel and place out-going calls as directed
- Greets and directs guests to appropriate personnel
- Provides support for clerical functions and computer system
- Troubleshoots office machines and monitors office supplies
Educational Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year experience in a supportive role
