Job title: Operations Director
Job duties: Review sales reports, profit margins, inventory turnover, and return rates on eBay; Identify inefficiencies, monitor KPIs, and propose cost-saving and productivity-enhancing strategies; Ensure timely and accurate posting of auto parts on eBay, including detailed descriptions, quality photos, correct pricing, and compliance with platform standards and shipping policies; Oversee part selection and cataloging process after dismantling salvaged vehicles, ensuring all usable parts are properly identified, photographed, tagged, and added to the inventory system; Communicate with buyers to resolve disputes, manage returns, and maintain strong feedback ratings and seller performance on eBay; Analyze eBay market trends and competitor listings to adjust pricing strategies and identify new opportunities in the used auto parts niche.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Management or similar.
Experience: 24 months of experience in a Management or similar.
Special skills: eBay, sales management of cargo seller accounts.
Salary: from $50627 to $50628.
