You will be the face of our telematics and fleet solutions, translating complex technology into high-value business results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Actively hunt for and qualify new leads using lead-generation platforms and strategic networking.
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Manage the sales process from initial outreach and discovery to negotiation and closing.
- Product Demonstrations: Confidently lead high-impact product demos, showcasing our hardware and software solutions to stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a measurable sales plan to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Market Expertise: Stay ahead of trends in the vehicle, fleet, and telematics industries to position our products effectively against competitors.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline, ensuring clear communication and professional follow-up throughout the customer journey.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven track record of success in Business Development and Sales.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong background in Telematics, Fleet Management, or Vehicle Industries is highly preferred.
- Tech-Savvy: Expert-level proficiency with lead-generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo) and CRM software.
- Presentation Skills: Exceptional ability to conduct professional, persuasive product demos (virtual and in-person).
- Self-Starter Mentality: A "hit the ground running" attitude with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
- Quick Learner: Ability to rapidly master new technology and industry-specific regulations or trends.
