Overview
We are seeking a data-driven Business Analyst to support strategic client business decisions through reporting, analysis, and insights. This role focuses heavily on pulling data, building reports, and translating complex information into clear recommendations that help clients optimize performance and achieve business goals.
Responsibilities
Pull, validate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources
Create recurring and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations for clients and internal collaborators
Analyze trends, performance metrics, and targets to find opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement
Translate data findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
Support client-facing teams with data analysis for planning, forecasting, and performance reviews
Collaborate with internal teams to understand business objectives and reporting needs
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity of data and reporting outputs
Automate and improve reporting processes where possible
Clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree. Business, Analytics, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field is a plus
Experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or reporting-focused role
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
Ability to interpret data and tell a compelling story with numbers
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a client-facing or consulting environment
Familiarity with CRM, financial, or operational data systems
Experience supporting long-term planning or executive decision-making
Knowledge of data visualization protocols
Industry-specific experience (e.g., marketing, finance, healthcare, SaaS)

Additional information
Compensation Range: $ $54,910 - $68,685 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
