?? Your Daily Superhero Tasks
Co-teach with an awesome General Education Teacher (yes, you'll have backup!)
Deliver specialized instruction that meets students where they are
Support and manage a caseload of 14-16 students
Keep documentation tidy enough that future you will be proud
Contribute to IEP meetings, updates, and compliance with grace (and maybe coffee)
Collaborate with staff, students, families, and anyone else who pops into your classroom
?? You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field
Michigan Teacher Certification with endorsement in LD, EI, CI, or ASD
Skills in documenting services like the organized professional you are
? Extra Points For
IEP experience - heavily preferred (bonus points if you don't flinch when someone says "Present Level")
Experience supporting students with disabilities
Familiarity with PowerSchool or PowerSchool Special Education
