Position Description:
We are looking for an undergraduate student with two or more years of college with focus in Business Administration, Information Technology or equivalent background. A good candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, analytical and problem solving skills, be detail oriented, and well organized. Understanding or willingness to learn health care topics, business structures, and call center processes.
Perform other related assigned duties as necessary to complete the Primary Job Responsibilities as described above.
Minimum Requirements:
Additional skills include an intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, ability to use spreadsheets and work with structured data (database, tables, relationships). An excellent candidate will have basic Information Technology skills, and understand concepts behind data analytics. Candidate should be comfortable working across multiple business disciplines to complete work tasks.
