Job Summary
Quantum Mental Health Wellness Center is launching specimen collection services and is seeking qualified independent contractors to perform collection-only specimen collections for employer and agency testing programs.
This role focuses strictly on specimen collection and chain-of-custody procedures. No laboratory testing, analysis, or result interpretation is performed on-site.

Key Responsibilities
-
Perform urine drug test collections in compliance with chain-of-custody requirements
-
Conduct collections at clinic locations and employer worksites
-
Support on-site collections during regular business hours
-
Availability for mobile and after-hours collections is a plus
-
Follow all confidentiality and compliance standards
-
Complete required documentation accurately and timely
Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
-
Drug test collector certification (urine) required or willingness to obtain prior to onboarding
-
HIPAA training (or willingness to complete)
-
Knowledge of chain-of-custody procedures
-
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
-
Reliable transportation for mobile assignments
Preferred Qualifications

DOT urine collector certification
-
Experience with employer or occupational health testing

Prior mobile or on-site collection experience

Availability evenings and weekends
