As our Service Delivery Manager you will serve as the in-house domain expert and leader for this space. You will own the team's strategy, objectives, and roadmap; run discovery to deeply understand problems; and drive cross-company execution that delivers measurable impact.
What you'll do
Define team vision, OKRs, and a roadmap aligned to enterprise priorities
Lead structured discovery (qualitative and quantitative) to identify root causes, validate hypotheses, and define high-value opportunities
Own the backlog and prioritization, communicate trade-offs, and make clear decisions with stakeholder alignment
Partner across teams to deliver scalable analytics products and standardized reporting capabilities
Proactively identify execution gaps, risks, and dependency issues; remove barriers and improve system-level throughput and quality
Build trusted relationships through clear, accurate communication in complex or high-stakes situations
Coach and develop leaders and individual contributors; guide teams through change with accountability and consistency
Qualifications
Experience owning roadmaps and measurable outcomes (OKRs or similar)
Strong discovery, problem framing, and prioritization skills
Proven cross-functional leadership and excellent communication
People leadership experience building and coaching high-performing teamsPreferred: enterprise analytics/reporting products; matrixed org experience; healthcare revenue cycle exposure.
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $70,921.24 - $116,747.20 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
