Your Role:
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will support individuals with cognitive, physical, and developmental disabilities in a 24-hour residential or community setting. Your responsibilities include:
? Assisting with daily living needs (eating, dressing, grooming, mobility, etc.)
? Encouraging independence and community participation
? Administering medications as required
? Documenting progress and completing shift checklists
? Communicating effectively with team members and residents
? Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
Experience preferred but not required – we provide training!
Valid Michigan Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record (Required)
