The office in Traverse City is currently seeking a results driven individual to run our Emergency Services Division. The Supervisor for the Emergency Services Division will be responsible for receiving, coordinating, managing and delivering timely completion of all new and ongoing, emergency related jobs resulting from water, fire, storm and mold damage. Additionally, the ESD Supervisor will have the opportunity to strengthen their own division by creating new business opportunities for the division they manage, providing both company and personal financial growth.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Taking in new job informationCoordinating sub-contractorsProduction SchedulingCommunicating with all involved parties, being insurance companies, homeowners and building ownersOn-site supervision of work in progressDelivering accurate accounts of ongoing projectsTimely completion of all jobsCreation and review of estimates and scopes of workAcquisition of new client baseEvaluation of current employee performance Hiring and firing of employees as needed.Requirements:Construction experience (restoration experience and certification a plus)3-5 years managerial experience in a related field (restoration, construction, remodeling, cleaning, moving company, etc...) Ability to field after hours and weekend emergency calls Ability to lift 30lbsTrack record of divisional growth in a managerial roleCompetency in computers, estimating software.
