The Quarterdeck Bar & Grill, located within the private lounge area of Anchorage Marina & Yacht Club on Lake Macatawa, is seeking an Executive Chef to lead our kitchen. This is a unique opportunity to design and deliver a seasonal, locally inspired menu for a private membership community that values quality, consistency, and hospitality.
As Executive Chef, you’ll work closely with and report directly to the Restaurant Manager, ensuring smooth collaboration between the kitchen and front-of-house teams. You’ll have the chance to build strong relationships with local producers, mentor a dedicated culinary team, and create memorable dining experiences for our members and their guests
What You’ll Do:
· Create and execute seasonal menus featuring local farms and producers
· Oversee daily kitchen operations, inventory, and purchasing
· Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen team
· Maintain high standards of flavor, presentation, and consistency
· Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager on service flow and special events
