Responsibilities
What You Will Do:
Supervisory visits of all HC caregiver staff.
Implement the medical plan of treatment and follow physicians' orders.
Monitor caregivers during in home visits at all times, following all CHC and agency safety protocols.
Accurately document activities and services according to CHC and agency regulations.
Monitor general health conditions of the individual and notifies supervisor of any medical issues or if treatment is needed.
Qualifications
What You Will Bring:
Ability to work in a professional, ethical, and respectful manner.
Strong communication skills, oral and written; strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to anticipate and resolve problems demonstrating good judgement.
Ability to supervise and coach caregiver while at an in-home setting.
Education and Experience:
Current RN license.
Current CPR/First Aide certification.
Minimum one (1) year of experience providing skilled care to the medically fragile and supervising staff.
May be required to have current certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and/or Pediatric Life Support (PALS).
