Responsible for managing and securing the organization's information technology infrastructure with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance; support the Company’s headquarters, regional offices, and industrial environments such as manufacturing plants and logistics operations by ensuring robust, efficient, and secure systems that align with the Company's operational and strategic goals; oversee the entire IT infrastructure, production line technologies, networks, and user support in both administrative and manufacturing environments; lead the development and enforcement of information security strategies, policies, and procedures to protect digital assets and ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and availability; manage risk assessments, incident response, and business continuity plans, particularly in manufacturing-critical environments; supervise and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and security awareness; utilize cybersecurity, inventory control management, VMware, Windows Server, Linux, incident response, risk management, and process improvement to perform duties; ensure compliance with global cybersecurity standards and industry-specific regulations, including ISO/IEC 27001, TISAX, and GDPR, and Company global standards; work closely with cross-functional teams including Production, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics to support operational efficiency and system resilience; manage IT budgets, procurement, vendor relationships, and service level agreements (SLAs); conduct audits and prepare the organization for security certifications relevant to the Company; manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers to ensure quality delivery of services and solutions; and responsible for General Data Protection (GDPR).

Salary: $125,000 per year;
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree);
Experience: One (1) year in the position above, as an IT Security Manager, or in a related occupation;
Will accept three (3) years in the position above, as an IT Security Manager, or in a related occupation in lieu of the primary education and experience requirements.
