What You'll Do
As a Registered Nurse (RN) , you will:
Deliver holistic, patient-centered care by assessing health data, creating individualized care plans, and evaluating outcomes.
Collaborate with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based, personalized care.
Facilitate all aspects of the patient visit experience , ensuring a meaningful and supportive patient journey.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current Michigan RN license .
ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required .
For Staff Registered Nurse positions within specialty area, prior employment experience in the appropriate clinical setting is preferred.

Continuing Employment Requirements
Familiarity with hospital and department policies and procedures, including accepted methods for requisitioning ancillary services and working with medical staff. (Typically acquired during 1-3 months of orientation.)
Maintain current nursing knowledge, BLS certification, and required CEUs for licensure.
Demonstrate and articulate commitment to the philosophy, values, mission, and vision of Trinity Health Muskegon.
