Special Education Teacher - Resource Room (Multiple Openings)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 35 hrs/week
Start Date: October 27, 2025
Position Overview
Amergis Staffing is seeking committed Special Education Teachers to provide exceptional instructional support to students in kindergarten through grade 12. Under the direction of the Special Education Program Administrator, the teacher will deliver specialized instruction, collaborate with general education teams, support IEP development, and provide tutorial and consultative services to ensure student success.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Valid state teaching certificate per district and state regulations
State Special Education Teaching Certification required
Elementary/Secondary/ Special Teaching certifications preferred
LBS1 endorsement preferred
CPR, TB screening, and Health Certificate if applicable
Compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
Minimum age: 18
1+ year of teaching experience preferred
