Regional Sales Manager

Trillium Staffing is recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager to work for a client based in Saginaw, Michigan.
This is a full-time position focused on supporting customers in the water and wastewater communities. Sales efforts will center on Stormwater & Flood Control, Municipal Wastewater, and Municipal Water markets.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time (45–55 hours per week; occasional weekends based on travel)
Salary: $83,000 – $87,000 annually

Required to be onsite at headquarters in Saginaw approximately 12 times per year

Participation required in National Sales Meeting, Rep Council, Quarterly Sales & Marketing meetings, and Corporate Training
Key Responsibilities
Managing an Independent Sales Representative Network
-
Serve as liaison and motivator for the independent sales representative network
-
Ensure a well-trained team across assigned territories, working with multiple agencies as needed

Set territory sales goals in partnership with representatives

Support sales goals by attending regional trade shows, visiting engineering firms, local municipalities, industrial sites, and coordinating mobile showroom visits

Manage a book of business and provide feedback to internal departments
Sales & Market Development

Generate sales by providing customers, representatives, and strategic sales partners with materials, training, services, and data

Develop strong expertise in company products, services, and served markets

Represent the company professionally to customers and partners
Travel & Presentations

Manage travel schedules and reservations in advance and within budget

Coordinate travel in alignment with corporate meeting schedules

Deliver presentations tailored to customers, representatives, and stakeholders

Requirements
Education:

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, marketing, or equivalent proven experience preferred
Qualifications & Skills:

Mechanical aptitude with strong conceptual and communication skills

Ability to manage budgets and make sound business decisions

Strongly preferred: Bilingual or fluent in Spanish
