Job Title: Assembler Job Description
Join our team as an Assembler, where you will play a vital role in manufacturing carpeted products for the automotive industry. This full-time, long-term position offers the opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality products used in various automotive applications. You will work in a dynamic environment, ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
Load and unload materials and assemblies into the presses.
Perform inspections to ensure product quality.
Produce formed and trimmed products.
Handle carpet assemblies weighing 10-15 pounds, lifting up to 50 pounds when necessary.
Work overtime and weekends as needed, with consistent six-day workweeks and 10-hour shifts.
Essential Skills
Experience in manufacturing and assembly.
Strong inspection skills to maintain product quality.
Ability to handle materials and operate presses efficiently.
Reliable attendance and stable work history of 1-2 years in previous jobs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old.
Willingness to learn and adapt to different roles.

Work Environment
Work in a high-production facility with multiple stamping cells and presses. Our company has expanded with new plants, creating over 300 jobs in the area. Each shift consists of about 70 production employees, and we offer training paired with experienced line leaders. Expect to stand at a press, load and unload materials, and inspect parts in a dynamic and sometimes loud environment. Our focus is on efficiency and quality, ensuring a productive work atmosphere.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36400.00 - $37024.00/yr.
