Job Title: Production Associate Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing setting. This role involves handling metal automotive parts, performing quality checks, and ensuring proper labeling and storage. The work is highly physical and involves frequent lifting.
Responsibilities
Lift and handle metal automotive parts weighing between 20-45 lbs.
Unload parts into the machine and ensure they are securely clamped.
Perform quality checks on products and ensure they are placed in bins according to part numbers and labels.
Load parts into the machine while robots handle unloading and stacking.
Essential Skills
Experience in physical work, such as lifting 25-40 lbs frequently.
Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or machine operation.
Ability to perform quality checks and handle parts with precision.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in physically demanding jobs such as construction, farming, or landscaping is advantageous.
Candidates with experience in handling lighter materials may not find this role suitable.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Smiths Creek, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
