Regal American Talent House is seeking a part-time P.A.! This is an entry level position from/for a newer enterprise (currently) located in Saginaw, MI. We're seeking someone for approximately 10 hours/week to start; typically Monday, Tuesday, & Friday from 9am-12pm.
For this specific position, job responsibilities (and basic skills needed) include the assistance with, or performance of:
- Clerical and administrative tasks like filing, form development, schedule management, and more.
- Communication tasks like returning phone calls, emails, scheduling services, and other interpersonal communication and customer/client based tasks.
- Marketing tasks like full network engagement, post scheduling, ad development, physical mat. ordering and more.
- Driving tasks like chauffeuring to appointments/meetings
- Custodial tasks like cleaning office, workstation, inventory, equipment, managed properties, and co. car after use.
- Various industry specific/subsidiary management tasks including things like creating retail listings, converting written text, project house clean ups, and other variable tasks.
For this specific position/location job requirements are:
- Highschool diploma/provable equivalent
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to pass a drug screen
- Valid M.I. driver's license (w/clean record)
- Basic typing skills/keyboard familiarity
- Intermediate understanding of social media platforms and their functions/operations.
- Interpersonal communication skills, with "decent" grammar and vocabulary.
- Ability to take direction and learn
- Ability to self-start and multitask
