You will: * Lead hourly talent acquisition; partner with Group Leaders to define competencies for openings * Promote inclusive employee experiences; support communication, engagement, retention, and community events * Drive onboarding, performance, training; administer recognition programs, job changes, separations * Ensure consistent application and execution of HR programs/processes * Maintain accurate HRIS updates across the employee lifecycle * Investigate employee relations matters and act as escalation point * Provide flexibility to support employees across all shifts Required Skills: * 3+ years' of HR Generalist experience in manufacturing/industrial environments * Employee relations: investigations, coaching, disciplinary actions, timecards, attendance write-ups * Hourly talent acquisition: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding production/plant roles * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; trusted partner across all levels * Proficiency in Michigan labor laws * HRIS experience; maintain accurate career/lifecycle changes * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion with confidential info * Ability to support multi-shift operations and be flexible across all shifts (including occasional early hours) * Microsoft Office proficiency; problem-solving, decision-making in fast-paced environment * Ability to influence and coach leaders to drive positive employee outcomes Desired Skills: * Workday experience * PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
