Key Responsibilities
Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine checks, lubricate, clean, and service equipment and systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
Repairs & Troubleshooting: Diagnose issues, repair or replace faulty parts in various building systems, and handle minor repairs
System Monitoring: Operate and monitor Building Systems and respond to alarms (fire, security, HVAC).
Documentation: Track labor, materials, and report on facility conditions, often using computer systems.
Coordination: Liaise with vendors, contractors, and cleaning services for major repairs or specialized tasks.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills: Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ability to read technical drawings.
Problem-Solving: Strong diagnostic and analytical abilities to fix complex issues.
Communication: Professional communication with tenants, colleagues, and vendors.
