Key Responsibilities
- Assemble various types of material handling equipment using hand tools and measuring devices.
- Read and follow assembly instructions and blueprints accurately.
- Inspect components and finished products for quality assurance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
- Participate in on-the-job training and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills Needed
- Basic proficiency with hand tools (e.g., wrenches, screwdrivers, drills).
- Ability to consistently and accurately use a tape measure.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Effective communication and teamwork.
- Dependability and punctuality.
Knowledge Required
- Understanding of mechanical assembly processes.
- Familiarity with safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is a plus.
Ability to Implement
- Follow written and verbal instructions with precision.
- Apply learned techniques from training to daily tasks.
- Adapt to changing production needs and work efficiently.
