Position:
- Reading Interventionist at Floyd Elementary
- 3.5-4 hours per day for the remainder of the 2025-26 school year
Qualifications (One of the following):
- successful completion of 60 college credit hours
- hold an associate degree (or higher)
- pass the ETS Parapro Assessment with a score of 460 or higher (Bullock Creek will assist and provide details)
The interventionist will:
- assist in assessing students to determine eligibility and instructional literacy needs
- plan and prepare lessons with the literacy coach
- utilize and deliver research-based instruction with an individual or small group of learners
- attend collaborative meetings, as requested
- assist with parent education activities, as requested
