Mechanical assembly provides reliable, timely, and cost-effective solutions to a variety of problems using sound problem solving techniques, engineering tools and creativity.
Support production processes with troubleshooting and nonconformance resolution
Organizes and directs manufacturing/assembly efforts on assigned program
Perform activities in a variety of areas related to the daily operations of manufacturing including scheduling, monitoring and status of program requirements, trouble shooting and resolution of part and process issues, and process improvement actions
Meets program schedule within time and budget constraints
Ensure close coordination between day shift and night shift to provide seamless manufacturing processing between shifts
Creates, understands and drives continuous improvement of performance metrics
Ensures all personnel comply with training requirements, work standards, policies, and procedures
Interact with engineering and internal customers to provide exemplary service
Provide training and direction to team members
Works proactively to ensure every operator is current with all training requirements
