Duties
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets Tri City Remodeling Standards.
- Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, changes, and communications.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of contracts
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams effectively.
- Ability to adapt to each individual project and attention to detail.
- Previous experience working in residential
- Must be able to pass a background check
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
