Overview We are seeking an experienced and innovative Vice President of Food and Beverage to lead our dynamic team and oversee all Food and Beverage and Culinary operations. The VP of F&B is responsible for overseeing the entire food and beverage operation, which encompasses banquets, culinary and restaurant outlets; establishing and maintaining quality product and service levels while maximizing profits; forecasting and budgeting; selecting, training and developing F&B leaders. This position will also attend meetings, conduct performance appraisals, and implement and maintain incentive programs. Other oversight will include maintaining inventory control, menu development, community PR for hotels, monitoring budget and overall team satisfaction. Qualifications * Bachelor degree or equivalent experience * 4+ years of experience in food and beverage management, hotels preferred * Ability to interpret financial and operational data into operational plan * Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team. * Ability to create and execute unique food and beverage concepts. * Knowledge of industry trends and techniques. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage budgets and achieve financial targets. * Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
