The Manager, Market Planning and Analysis leads the Dealer Network Planning and Analysis process for assigned Business Centers, and is responsible for developing and recommending dealer actions to maximize performance of the Stellantis dealer network. Additionally, they support through analysis and recommendations, various corporate level dealer network initiatives and actions.
Primary responsibilities include:
Lead the analysis and development of dealer network market plans to maximize Stellantis planning volume coverage, market share, and customer convenience
Identify and investigate dealer and market underperformance, and lead development and communication of the corrective action plan
Analyze dealership candidate proposals for optimal location and adequate volume opportunity
Review and approve dealer network action proposals in support of processing Dealer Agreement Packages (DAP)
Work directly with Office of the General Counsel to ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements and to support dealer network litigation requests
Work closely with Business Center dealer network staff to support market actions
Develop and maintain market representation tools
Support ad-hoc analysis requests from within network development as well as other business units
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
3 years of business experience
Able to work independently and cross functionally
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical problem solving skills
Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Natural curiosity and desire to learn
Willing to travel up to 20%
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., PowerBI, Qliksense)
Experience working with and analyzing large data sets
Understanding of dealer operations and financials
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
