- MAID AND HOUSEKEEPING CLEANERS JOB ORDER: . Duties and Responsibilities: AKEY1 STAFFING LLC, needs the following temporary, full-time workers from APRIL. 1ST , 2026 to NOV. 30TH 2026, 36hrs./wk.,7 days per week Sunday through Saturday. overtime as needed: 32 Maid and Housekeepers to work at hotels and businesses in PETOSKEY MI. Duties in-clude being responsible for cleaning guestrooms and hotels. Making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms, cleaning halls, setting out towels and toiletries. daily.8:30a-5:00p. $15.48/hr, OT varies at $23.22/hr. No minimum experience or education re-quired. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. Workers will be paid bi-weekly. Employer will pay for (or reimburse w/in 1 week) all visa/travel related fees & incidental expenses (except passport fees); We do not provide lodging but will assist workers to find lodging. Workers are responsible for paying for their own lodging including utilities. Employer does not provide workers daily board (food). Workers are responsible for obtaining and preparing their own food. We will provide workers at no charge or deposit charge all tools; supplies, & equipment required to perform the job. The anticipat-ed period of employment will last 120 days or more. The employer guarantees to offer work for a total number of hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-wk period of the total employment period. Transportation & Subsistence Benefits. Transporta-tion (Including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided free at no charge/cost, if the worker completes half the employment period. Employer will pay in advance directly at a minimum the most economical and reasonable common carrier cost of the transportation and subsistence to the worker before the worker's departure. Return transportation will be provided free of charge if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence will be at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 day with receipts. Daily transportation to & from the worksite will be provided to the workers from a centralized designated daily pick up place.
NOTE: EMPLOYEES WILL ACCRUE 1 HOUR OF PAID SICK TIME FOR EVERY 30 HOURS WORK, UP TO 72 HOURS ANNUALLY.
