Primary responsibilities for Grinder Operators include:
Perform grinding tasks to prepare materials for the painting process
Check product quality before shot blast operations
Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently as part of the Grind Team
Ensure all materials meet company standards and specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety protocols and company procedures
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Assist with other tasks as assigned to support production goals
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
At least 1 year of relevant work experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other written documents
Basic computer skills and proficiency with EPICOR ERP or similar systems
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Positive interpersonal skills; open-minded to innovative ideas and concepts

Pay Details: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
