All Services Management LLC is seeking to fill four (4) Landscaping Laborers (37-3011.00 Landscaping and Groundskeeping Workers) temporary, full-time seasonal positions for April 1, 2026, to November 30, 2026. Worksite: 6625 23 Mile RD, Shelby Township, MI 48317, and multiple sites in Macomb, Oakland, and Wayne counties in Michigan. counties
Job Duties: Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: rock and sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, lawn aerating, raking, sprinkler system installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Spring and fall leaf and landscape bed cleanup. May drive crew vehicle. No driver’s license is required as a condition of employment for the position. If the prospective worker already possesses a standard, noncommercial driver’s license they may be asked to drive a vehicle to job sites, as needed.
Requirements: No education, experience or training required
Special Requirements: Must be able to perform physical labor outdoors for up to 8 hours per day in all weather conditions, including cold, snow, heat, and rain. Some OT and weekends required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Terms and conditions of employment: $19.93 - $22.00/hr 35 hours/week, Overtime available at $29.90 – 33.00 Mon-Fri, 7:30AM-3:30PM. Employees will be paid biweekly on Friday. Raises and/or bonuses may be offered based on individual factors, including work performance, skill, and tenure. Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Workers will be provided with daily transportation to and from the worksite in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. On the job training available.
Other benefits provided and cost: The employer will make all deductions from worker's paycheck required by law. The employer does not envision other workforce-wide payroll deductions. Potential elective deductions to be pre-authorized in writing if applicable are as follows: If needed, employer will assist in arranging optional worker-paid lodging for hired foreign and non-local U.S. workers. Employer will deduct for the reasonable fair market value cost of rent and utilities based on number of occupants for workers who voluntarily elect to live in employer-offered housing. Voluntary advances and/or loans made to workers, if any, may be repaid by pre-authorized payroll deductions. Employer will assist workers in securing board, lodging, or other facilities. In accordance with applicable Michigan state law, Earned Sick Time Act 338, employers are required to provide earned sick time to their employees. The amount of paid sick leave provided may vary depending on the size of the business.
Transportation, Subsistence, and Fees: The employer will reimburse an H-2B worker in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker. From the place from which the worker has come to work, whether in the US or abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will provide advance payment for transportation and subsistence (including meals and to the extent necessary, lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place of employment. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.
Three-fourths guarantee: The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
Tools, protective clothing or other items: The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, & equipment required to perform the job.
