Customer Service & Sales Support Representative
Entry-Level Insurance Position with Paid Licensing Path
Location: Menominee, MI (In-Office)
Pay:
- $15.00/hour while unlicensed
- $18.00/hour upon full licensing (within 90 days)
Position Overview
The M&M Insurance Agency, LLC is seeking a dependable, career-minded individual to join our insurance team. This is an entry-level role designed for someone who wants long-term growth and is willing to become a fully licensed insurance professional.
No insurance experience is required. Training and licensing guidance are provided.
Licensing Requirement (Within 90 Days)
The employee must obtain insurance producer licenses in both Michigan and Wisconsin for:
- Property
- Casualty
- Life
- Accident
- Health
- Annuity
Approved licensing exam fees and study materials are reimbursed upon successful completion and passing of the state exams.
- Failed exam attempts are not reimbursed.
Compensation
- $15.00/hour while unlicensed
- $18.00/hour upon obtaining all required licenses and agency appointments
- Performance-based bonuses may be available once licensed
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phones and assist customers professionally
- Support policy service, billing, and documentation
- Assist with quoting and application processing
- Support new business, retention, and agency quality standards
- Learn agency systems, workflows, and compliance rules
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to study and pass multiple state licensing exams
- Reliable attendance and professionalism
- Comfortable working in a structured, office-based environment
Employment is contingent upon passing a background check.
