MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to read blueprints
- Ability to use inspection/measurement devices
- Ability to demonstrate basic machining skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Independently Set-up and Operate CNC and Manual Machines
· Edit programming as necessary
· Maintain Fixturing and Tooling
- Inspect Own Work (first piece) and document inspection
- Abide by all Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
- Produce Quality Products within given Specifications
- Training of other operators
- Managing MRO supplies
- Read and follow instructional materials (set-up sheets, blue prints, etc.)
- Daily preventive maintenance
- Continuous improvement
- Housekeeping
- Perform job functions and tasks required by management and supervisors
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Make basic program edits at a minimum to start
· Excellent Attendance
· Understanding of Work Part Inspection Methods & Techniques
· Ability to Read Blueprints and Set-up Sheets
· Prior to working in an FAA safety-sensitive area, you will be required to participate in the random drug and alcohol testing program
· Quality and Safety Conscious
· Ability to work any shift
