Job Duties: Workers are expected to perform nursery and general farm tasks with accuracy and efficiency under the supervision of company managers. Duties include pulling weeds, removing stones, roots, tarps, strings, and wires, cleaning equipment, and caring for young trees through weeding, trunk painting, and hand clipping. Employees must follow instructions, remain in assigned areas, and attend orientation on workplace rules and safety. Work involves repetitive movements, extensive walking, bending, and standing for long periods, often in variable weather conditions ranging from freezing to extreme heat, and may include Saturday shifts.

Housing: The employer retains possession and control of the housing premises at all times. Workers provided housing under the terms of this Clearance Order shall vacate the housing promptly upon termination of employment with the employer.

Transportation: Employer offers transportation at no cost to workers occupying Employer-provided housing to the worksite and return on a daily basis using any combination of van, truck and car depending on crop conditions and locations. Such transportation will be in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Use of this transportation is voluntary. Workers are free to use their own transportation and are not required, as a condition of employment, to utilize any transportation offered by the Employer.
