Job Description:
As a Gutter Installer/Field Supervisor at Performance Gutters, you will be a key player in overseeing and coordinating gutter crew activities on-site. Your leadership, technical expertise, and organization skills will help ensure the successful execution of 5", 6" and half-round gutter-related projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for the installation of new gutters and downspouts, providing supervision to our current installers, while also training our new employees on how to safely and professionally install residential and commercial gutter systems.
Responsibilities:
Help lead and manage a team of gutter installers, ensuring compliance with project plans and schedules.
Work independently and/or with crew.
Coordinate and oversee on-site construction activities.
Monitor and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess work progress, quality, and adherence to specifications.
Manage labor and material resources efficiently to optimize project timelines and elimination of waste.
Assist and be hands-on with the crew to provide training and mentorship to team members, promoting skill development and professional growth.
Address and resolve any construction-related challenges or conflicts.
Communicate effectively with office staff, project managers, customers, and homeowners.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in construction supervision or management roles.
Thorough knowledge of gutter installation methods, techniques, and materials.
Roofing and siding knowledge and experience is helpful.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Understanding of safety regulations and protocols within the construction industry.
Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make informed decisions.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
Flexibility to work in varying weather conditions as needed.
Valid Driver's License is required.
Must be able to obtain Chauffer's License.
