Softura is expanding its US sales team and looking for a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive who knows how to open doors, create demand, and close large, net-new transformation deals.

What You’ll Do
This is a true net-new logo hunter role.
You will:
- Prospect and open new enterprise accounts
- Build and manage your own pipeline
- Lead AI, modernization, and digital transformation conversations at the executive level
- Position Softura as a long-term strategic partner
- Work closely with technical leaders to shape and close complex services deals
- Develop accounts into multi-year, multi-project relationships

Who You Are
You are a builder, not a caretaker.
You likely have:
- 5+ years of experience selling custom development, cloud, data, or modernization services
- A track record of creating pipeline — not just managing inbound leads
- Experience selling solutions that involve offshore or blended delivery teams
- Comfort discussing Azure, cloud modernization, and AI/ML concepts at a business level
- Strong relationships in at least one of these industries:
- Manufacturing, Industrial, Healthcare, Logistics, or Professional Services
Most importantly:
You’re motivated by landing new logos, closing meaningful deals, and being rewarded for growth.
