This role is fully remote, with periodic travel to Wayne County for hearings and appearances, making it an excellent fit for attorneys who want flexibility while still staying active in the courtroom. The ideal candidate has 4-8+ years of civil litigation experience, with a strong preference for those who have handled asbestos or toxic tort matters. You'll step into a steady, sophisticated caseload where roughly 90% of your work will involve asbestos litigation.
