DUTIES: Responsible for shaping the vision and roadmap of the Global Service Delivery Platform (GSDP), with an emphasis on optimizing the customer enrollment process. Simplify and enhance the customer journey, making it more seamless and user-friendly. Collaborate closely with product and business teams to ensure the platform meets their requirements and is adaptable to evolving customer needs. Drive the future of the platform. Analyze the business requirements and translate them into functional requirements, incorporating comprehensive end-to-end process flows and sequence diagrams. Work with cross-functional supplier teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement. Work in an Agile environment and continuously review the Operational needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks. Partner with stakeholders and users across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization. Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders. Lead the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology. Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance to evaluate future investment. Daily interactions with solution architects and security team to complete the system requirements per guidelines. Complete the design requirements with cross-functional teams on identified components which includes on-board (ECU’s), Off-board (Server/Client), Channel (Mobile App, Website, Salesforce) & Product teams. Translate product roadmap for Operational Maintenance items (like Bugfix, patches, upgrades, testing) into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria. Work closely with PMO to ensure proactive resolution of any dependency and blockers along the development lifecycle. Actively engage in Change process by reviewing and providing approval on estimates received from suppliers. Work with validation team on daily basis to review test cases/plan, triage defects and improve the system or/and product requirements.
