We are expanding and seeking a proven industry sales professional with deep relationships in the cooling/thermal systems space to drive strategic growth.
Position Overview
The Senior Business Development Executive is responsible for expanding market share, acquiring new OEM and industrial accounts, and growing strategic relationships in the thermal systems and heat-transfer industry. This role is ideal for a high-impact seller with a book of business, demonstrated success selling heat exchangers/radiators/cooling systems, and a strong understanding of engineered-to-order manufacturing.
This is a senior-level individual contributor role with significant autonomy, visibility, and earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to grow revenue with OEMs, industrial clients, and engineering groups requiring custom cooling systems.
Leverage existing industry relationships and book of business to accelerate new customer acquisition.
Identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities for radiators, heat exchangers, and fluid cooling packages across multiple industries.
Collaborate with engineering and operations to deliver accurate proposals, technical solutions, and timely quotes.
Provide customers with expert guidance on cooling system design options, materials (aluminum vs. copper-brass), performance requirements, and cost-optimal solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation, contract award, and onboarding.
Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging customer needs.
Represent the brand professionally while delivering the honest, attentive service expected in mission-critical environments.
Track opportunities, forecast sales, and provide actionable market feedback to leadership.
Required Experience
Sales experience in the heat exchanger, radiator, cooling system, thermal management, or related engineered-product industry.
Established book of business with OEMs and/or industrial buyers in relevant markets.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
Strong technical aptitude with cooling systems, thermal engineering concepts, heat-transfer materials, and industrial manufacturing.
Experience selling engineered-to-order or custom-manufactured products.
Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, quoting, and production teams.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Pay Details: $150,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year
