Blue Water Community Action has a job opening for a full-time Weatherization Secretary.

JOB TITLE:                 Weatherization Secretary

PROGRAM:                 Weatherization

SUPERVISOR:             Weatherization Manager

STATUS:                       Secretary, Non-Exempt

WAGES:                        $16.15 per hour

The Weatherization Secretary supports the department by processing applications, verifying eligibility, completing data entry, and maintaining organized and compliant client and contractor files.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – JOB SPECIFIC

1. Intake: Receive and respond to client inquiries providing courteous and timely assistance including clear instructions on next steps. 
2. Clerical: Accurately perform clerical and data entry duties as assigned.   
3. Record Keeping: Maintain current client and contractor files and data entry of information in program specific software.   Provide data as required for reporting purposes.
4. Track: Assist with tracking communications and outcomes.
5. Review: Perform random reviews to ensure all files contain the information/documents required.
6. Recruitment: Assist with the recruitment of potential program applicants.
7. Support: Provide support as needed, performing tasks in alignment with established procedures and responsibilities.
8. Other: Additional duties as assigned.

Demonstrates friendly, positive “can do” attitude. Oral and written communications are clear, concise and accurate. Keep team members informed and follow appropriate channels for communication.
