THE ROLE
• Sort, spot clean, wash, dry, fold and stock
• Know and follow the operating functions of all equipment, reporting any damage, hazards or defective equipment to a supervisor
• Utilize chemicals used in washing, controlling quantities of supplies as recommended by chemical supplier with approval of Executive Housekeeper
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Follow all Material Safety Data Sheet documents and management company Safety Standards It is critical that you possess an eye for detail and can maintain our standards of cleanliness.
Our housekeeping teams are expected to hold themselves, the guests, and each other in high regard. You will actively develop trusting and transparent relationships with your peers, both in the department and throughout the hotel.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Notify managers of necessary repairs.
• Keep linen room stocked.
• Ability to manage your time efficiently.
• Work well unsupervised.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Keep laundry room tidy.
• High school diploma.
• Task Oriented
• Good in fast paced environments
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with hotel guests.

Position will be 1-3 days one week, 1-4 the next. It will most likely be just 1-3 days a week based on hotel needs.
