Essential functions (job duties):

• Manage office tasks: scheduling appointments, answering calls, and maintaining records.

• Organize and maintain accurate student files, attendance records, and program documentation.

• Track deadlines for college and career readiness programs (e.g., FAFSA, college applications, job fairs).

• Collect and organize data for program evaluation and reporting requirements.

• Track student participation and outcomes for TRIO performance reports.

Qualifications:

Experience in supporting university staff in a range of office/admin duties.
