Provide client services as directed by the Supervisor or Registered Nurse Supervisor. Provide personal care to the client as applicable, including but not limited to : bathing and personal hygiene, grooming including oral care, assist the client with dressing and undressing, assist the client with toileting activities, perform light housekeeping, change bed linens and make up the client's bed, maintain an orderly client environment, perform meal preparation and clean up, and assist in feeding the client, if necessary.
