Plan and lead the Sunday Worship Service; Prepare sermons and preach at the Sunday Worship Service; Provide the congregation with pastoral care through pastoral visits; Lead the congregation into the church's vision by promoting events and programs; Coordinate the Praise Team; Lead the Youth Group, which includes leading Bible studies, providing pastoral care to the youth, and coordinating volunteers; Oversee all the ministries of the church, including Family Ministry, College Ministry, Children's Ministry, Small Groups Ministry, Communications Team, and others; and Lead and equip lay leaders through Bible studies and mentorship programs.
