We are hiring a Program Coordinatorto support our Impact programs and community, both internal and external.

Drive social impact while building trust with community partners worldwide.
Co-design and implement impact measurement frameworks with partners.
Lead reflective evaluation sessions with partners to foster continuous improvement and shared learning.
Coordinating the administrative side of community partnershipsincluding data management, finance, and reporting.
Support core Impact team processes, such as communications and event coordination
Serve as project coordinator for select community partner initiatives
Assist in integrating the Better Futures Community into Steelcase operations, collaborating with internal teams such as procurement, legal, finance and global talent
Partner with the core business units to ensure efficient resource utilization
Coordinate evaluation and reporting of Impact team strategy and progress to multiple stakeholders, including the board, senior leaders, and other management
Prepare analysis and content such as data reports, presentations, and briefs for priority topics and executive meetings.
Minimum Qualifications
1-3 years of prior experience in community impact partnerships
Able to quickly absorb and organize complex information into clear, engaging and effective segments
Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders in an international context
Excellent project management, planning and organizing skills
Proactive, self-starter mindset
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor's Degreepreferred
Exposure to finance processes
Proficient in Salesforce
