Position: Transportation Dispatcher

Job Summary:
Causley Trucking is seeking a dependable and highly organized Transportation Dispatcher to join our team in Saginaw, MI. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth scheduling and coordination of our fleet operations while maintaining strong communication with both drivers and internal departments.
Job Duties:

Communicate respectfully with drivers and customers to support positive, professional relationships.

Ensure drivers receive and acknowledge all necessary paperwork and slips for scheduled trips.

Create and manage weekly driver schedules, ensuring full run coverage.

Keep all departments informed of current driver statuses, scheduled trips, and operational changes.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Willingness to learn and grow as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Skills:

2–5 years of experience in trucking, transportation, or logistics.

Familiarity with McLeod transportation management software is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $30,000 – $40,000 per year
Expected Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
